The link below opens a copy of the St. Mark Constitution.  Each congregation of the Evangelcial Lutheran Church in America must follow the approved model constitution for congregations. Certain sections are optional and can be adapted to fit the individual parish needs. Howerver other sections, marked with astericks, must be in each constititution to provide uniformity throuhg the greater church body.
