VBS Success !!!!!

“The Many Colors of God”---our VBS theme this year---was very well attended, with an average of 51 children each day!  In partnership with St. Paul’s (York St.), we shared God’s message through Bible stories, games, crafts, and music.

We are grateful for all the wonderful help we had. Pastor Kirk was there each morning to greet the children as they arrived, and he and Mary Berry ensured that registration went smoothly.  We also had shepherds who guided the children from station to station: Linda Bolin, John Peterson, Brenna Yingling, Diana Weaver, and Hollis Long.  Mary Berry and Deb Teal prepared and set-up snacks each day. Linda Bolin, and Alison and Lynn Peterson were our story-tellers.  We even had a visit from Moses himself!!!!! Music and crafts were provided by St. Paul personnel. Again, thank you to everyone who participated in making this summer’s VBS a fun and meaningful time for the choldren.
